Micro weddings, or small weddings with fewer than 50 guests, can be a budget-friendly alternative to traditional weddings. Since I’ve been in the industry over 15 years I’ve seen all sorts of smaller weddings. When James & I got engaged and were talking about what our wedding would look like, we both agreed on one thing, keeping it small. Our wedding is in September 2023 and we plan on having under 30 guests. This helps reduce costs in several areas and helps with our nerves of being the ones “on display” that day. I just want a beautiful day of committing to my love & sharing that with close family & friends.
