Modern greenhouse wedding on Leap day 2020

I am so excited to be sharing this wedding for two reasons. For one it was my close friend Sophie’s wedding day and secondly it involved a ton of plants! When I first moved to Tacoma, Washington from San Diego Sophie was one of the first friends I made. We met at a karaoke night at a friends house and our friendship grew fast. She is also my super talented hair stylist! When she met Cameron on vacation in Hawaii and they started dating I just knew it was special. It gave me so much joy when they asked me to help capture their wedding. We started the day at this beautiful private greenhouse and estate in Federal Way. The wedding colors were copper, green and cream. My favorite spot to shoot in and around was this beautiful- largest privately owned greenhouse on the west coast. We were able to shoot at this estate because the brides father works with the owner. I decided to share more photos of the whole day than usual in order to really let you see what a full day wedding coverage looks like. One of my favorite parts of the wedding was the reception dancing portion. The DJ was a friend of the grooms who does it in Hawaii and I’ve never seen a dance floor get filled so fast. Honestly he made the dancing so epic and I’m just sad I can’t do more weddings with him in the future. You might spot me in the crowd for a few photos because it was important to the bride that I have fun as well that night. I love all these photos so much! If you were at this wedding and in these photos feel free to share this blog post online and tag me!
